Monthly reporting

Fora has switched to monthly management of collectively agreed insurances. From February 2024 and onwards the payrolls of manual workers are to be reported monthly. 

Companies with collective agreement

The insurance agreement that a company signs with Fora is a complete package of collectively agreed insurances. 

Under the terms of the collective agreement, the company must sign an insurance agreement via Fora.

Companies that have collective agreements via membership of an employers’ association must sign an insurance agreement when there are employees in the company.

Companies with local collective agreements must usually sign an insurance agreement, regardless of whether or not there are employees in the company.

New 2024: Report manual workers monthly

Fora has switched to monthly management of collectively agreed insurances. Starting 2024 the payrolls of manual workers are to be reported monthly. Fora has sent out information to all customers (either via e-mail or letter) with information about the transition.

Registration of Main Administrator

To get access to Mina Sidor (My pages), the company needs to register a main administrator. This is done by completing a form.
