Monthly reporting

Fora has switched to monthly management of collectively agreed insurances. From February 2024 and onwards the payrolls of manual workers are to be reported monthly. 

Foreign companies

Foreign companies with temporary operations in Sweden

Foreign companies with temporary operations in Sweden can sign insurance agreements with Fora.

Temporary operations are defined as operations which are intended to be conducted in Sweden for a period of no more than 12 months. The time period is counted from the date on which the company commences operations in Sweden.

What applies after 12 months

If the company continues to operate in Sweden after 12 months, its operations will no long be temporary. In that event, information about what applies can be found under Companies with collective agreements and Companies without collective agreements.

Fora has switched to monthly management of collectively agreed insurances. Starting 2024 the payrolls of manual workers are to be reported monthly. Fora has sent out information to all customers (either via e-mail or letter) with information about the transition.
