The information on this page is shortly to be updated due to the switch from annual pay roll reporting to monthly pay roll reporting, which started in February 2024. Read more about monthly payroll reporting
In January each year, Fora needs details about the final payroll statement for the previous year. The final payroll report states which manual workers you have had employed troughout the year and how much they were paid.
Fora needs data about your employees’ payroll to be able to calculate how much should be paid in to their occupational pension, as well as to be able invoice for the insurances.
The e-service for reporting can be found on Mina sidor (My pages). It opens on the first working day in January. The reporting deadline is 31 January.
To get access to Mina Sidor (My pages), the company needs to register a main administrator. This is done by completing a form.
If you don’t report, your employees get no money paid into their Avtalspension SAF-LO, Collective pension insurance and have no insurance cover either.
If the final payroll statements have not been reported by 31 January, Fora will charge a penalty for delayed reporting of SEK 1,000. Companies without collective agreement may get their insurance agreement cancelled.
The payroll is reported on Mina sidor (My pages) by the main administrator or an administrator. Check well in advance that your company has registered a main administrator with Fora. The main administrator can add administrators as a means of giving other people at your company the authority to access to Mina sidor (My pages).
Find out which employees need to be included in the reporting, and which data about them needs to be supplied.
Produce the reporting data. The easiest way to do this is to extract a file from your payroll system.
Mina sidor (My Pages) are in Swedish only. Using logged in digital services is always a safer and quicker way to handle your company´s relation with Fora. To help you understand the content and how to use the services and settings in Mina sidor (My pages) there is an English instruction available that also includes a step-by-step guide on how to report your final payrolls.
To get access to Mina sidor (My pages), the company needs to register a main administrator. This is done by completing a form.
Only one person can be the main administrator. The main administrator can add administrators as a means of giving other people at your company the authority to access to Mina sidor (My pages).
The main administrator and administrators can view and do the same things on Mina sidor (My pages). The only difference is that the main administrator is able to add and remove administrators.
The main administrator and administrators login to Mina sidor (My pages) with their electronic identification (eID).
If your administrator does not have a Swedish personal identity number (personnummer) it´s possible to use E-tjänstelegitimation (Expisoft).
Everyone who has been paid during the year must be included. Their type of employment is irrelevant – permanent employees, employees paid by the hour, auxiliary employees, substitute employees, employees with wage subsidies – everyone must be included.
Even people who have quit during the year must be included.
Employees without a Swedish personal identity number must also be included in the reporting of final salaries.
If the person has a coordination number, please use it in Fora's e-service for reporting.
Even people who have neither a Swedish personal identity number nor a coordination number must be reported. Please enter the person’s date of birth (year, month, day), as well as the person’s home address, in the reporting service. If you have no data about the person’s home address, please enter the employer’s address.
The gross pay that has been paid out during the year should be reported to Fora.
Distinguishing between manual workers and non-manual workers is very important. Incorrect reporting will have consequences for the employees’ pensions and their insurance cover.
It is usually the collective agreement that determines whether an employee counts as a manual workers or a non-manual workers.
