The insurance agreement that a company signs with Fora is a complete package of collectively agreed insurances. However, the contents of this package will vary for manual workers, non-manual workers and company owners.

Through the insurance agreement with Fora, manual workers are covered by the SAF-LO occupational pension and insurance in the event of illness/sickness and parental leave. Non-manual workers and the self-employed are only covered by the TFA, Work Injury Insurance.
Every year, your employer pays a premium into your occupational pension. It is called Avtalspension SAF-LO, Collective pension insurance and is a pension that you receive in addition to your basic state pension.
